Perfect hotel for the one night stayover in Prince George on the VIA Rail train from Jasper to Prince Rupert. The room was clean, spacious, and well organized with mini fridge, microwave, and coffee machine replete with K Cups from Tim Hortons [how much more Canadian can you get]. The lemon blueberry ricotta pancakes for breakfast were amazing! This hotel was the most affordable hotel stay I had on my recent visit to Western Canada. Also, notwithstanding the extensive smoke from the massive forest fires outside, the room had no smell of smoke and I had a great night of sleep. Highly Recommend! Taxi ride from the train station to the hotel is about seven Canadian dollars.

Beautiful hotel, public areas and the room were gorgeous. Didn’t use the pool but it looked very nice. Had food there in the evening and it was tasty and was reasonably priced. It was less than 5 minutes from the train station in a taxi. Staff on reception and in the restaurant were very nice. See below re Booking.com misinformation regarding breakfast.

We had dinner and breakfast in the Bistro and it was excellent, as was the staff. Room was very clean, staff were helpful and pleasant. Hotel in general was very clean and the bistro was inviting.

I wasn't able to eat the food they had on the menu due to the jaw surgery I had but I explained that to them and asked if I could get scrambled eggs answer a ice coffee both were not on the menu but the staff told me no problem and made them for me and I can't thank them enough for that it showed me that they will take that extra step and they care

The staff was wonderful. They checked each time you met one, to see if things were ok. The bathroom was very nice considering the needs of disabled persons. The parking was good and the elevators were clean, fragrance free and quiet.

- awesome freestanding counter magnifying mirror in bathroom - comfy semi-circular couch with ottoman - excellent room lighting exactly where required and well placed outlets great room ambience and well thought out design - secure, well lit underground parking - on site Bistro and available snacks

The room was beautiful, and the bathroom was so big, you could actually move around in there. And the price was great; we just stayed in Kelowna, Kamloops, during our holiday and now the Courtyard By Marriott in Prince George; NOT only was it the most beautiful decor and cleanest and most comfortable of all three hotels, but is it was also the cheapest one. A real value in todays inflation.
